At Vaniros, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted, custom-designed dress shoes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable return or exchange process.


1) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.

  • Custom-designed or personalized shoes, Final Sale items, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


2) Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

3) How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please email us at support@vaniros.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

  • Proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization along with detailed instructions.

Next steps:

  1. Repack the item safely in its original packaging (including receipt or order slip).

  2. Include the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form provided by our team.

  3. Ship the package to the return address supplied by our support team.
