By placing an order on Vaniros.com, you acknowledge that each pair of shoes is made to order and crafted specifically for you.
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, which means we do not keep pre-made inventory.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

After the 24-hour window:

  • Your order will move into production or shipping preparation

  • At this stage, cancellations or changes can no longer be accepted

Because each item is handcrafted to order, we cannot stop or alter the process once production has begun.
